Scrapfest By The Sea Blog Hop

By the time you read this I will be on my way to Blenheim Airport.. I did a draft ready to ping off early as Scrapfest's Bloghop goes live today Friday..My big OE today is to Wellington where Esther will pick me up and we spend the next 2 and a half days together. Tomorrow we will be in a room at the Kapiti Library learning Mixed media Art, Finnabair style.. Wahoo Bring it on we have been waiting so long for this..
I have made 7 ATc's to swap with others, i didnt have the time to do anymore than that and it is just a remembrance of something special in my life.  I will slip my card in to my PL album.. One day soon I will catch up with that one, PL that is . I have a heap of photo's all ready to go just need to set aside some time to just Do IT!! I think the word is Prioritise mmm food for thought there.

I am so loving this mixed media art and I just know I am going to be superstoked with what i learn at the workshops.

Its very cool that you can add all the elements in layers to your project, great to be able to use my resin pieces too, note the key and centre flower. The wooden girl is to represent Finn of course..

When I had finished the set i had a couple of Finns logo's left over so decided to make myself a brooch to go on my apron.. The 3 BEC's  (Brenda, Esther an Carol)  have designed aprons for this event, we have a bit of a theme going on. Will show the apron next post.
