Scrap My Photo

A few months ago Twiddleybitz had a "scrap your photo" competition. To enter you had to send a favourite photo to them and you went in to a draw to have your photo scrapped by one of the DT members..So I was rapt when i received a message from Sandra Wallace to say I was one of the lucky ones, Whoop Whoop. My photo was to be scrapped by the lovely and very talented Trudi Harrison.
I didnt hear anything for quite a while after and when we eventually touched base i found out that Trudi and her family had been involved in a serious car accident back in March. It took quite some time for her to get well enough to be able to catch up on things, but eventually she did and i now have a beautiful LO to treasure.

Back in January when I took lil man on a road trip to Amberley, we stopped at the lookout to see the seals,.. I asked a tourist to take this pic of  us, cos im good like that lol. Anyway I was just thinking about that trip the other day and remember saying to Blake dont tell Pop I stopped here will you.. Doh Nana I am. Kids remember stuff like that aye... And just fyi my friends, Pop doesnt like seals because they eat our fish and by the tonnes too..
Lil man just happened to be staying with us a couple of weeks ago when the parcel arrived from Trudi, and he thinks every parcel that comes is his so i let him help me open it..When he saw it he said  “WOW thats my Nana”, and then “thats me Nana”? Too cute...Something really special to treasure Thankyou so much Trudi..
Its going to be a busy week for me, Lil man turns 5 this friday, and everyone is coming to stay here for the weekend. I have lots to do, including 2 cakes to bake and decorate that is going to be interesting but fun im sure, hope i can carry it off lol.. Have a great week everyone...

  4. What a teasre to have Brenda! Isn't it fun to have someone else scrap your photo? I have only had that done for me twice and am so thrilled with both of the layouts (1 from Rangi and 1 from Shell).
