Here is my Layout for the challenge at Southern Girls . We were to use brads, gems or dewdrops. I chose these Blingy Brads, which look great on the cogs. I love this pic of Blake sitting on the bridge. He is such a cutie..
I have just spent a busy weekend looking after Little Jack while his parents had 2 nights break away.
We had so much fun. Mr Bossy Boots (iykwim),at just over 2 years old, yes yes I know, my problem for letting him away with it, makes me laugh, he is such a clever wee dude. Another story for another day. I am back home now and getting organised to fill bottles with small gifts and treats for the children who have been affected by the Earthquake.
Carol is organising this bottle drive so if you are keen to help out please get in touch with her. You can also let me know if you are in the Nelson/ Blenheim area as I am happy to co-ordinate and send from here. I am really focused on this project, it is a big thing to be able to put a smile on the kids faces at a small price. I look at my beautiful grandsons, special friends and Family and realise how truly Blessed I am..
Take care

  1. What an awesome "wee man" L/O!!! Love this. Brendy. The disaster in our neighbouring city Christchurch, certainly makes me realise that not one of us are "TEN FOOT TALL AND BULLET PROOF", and I do agree that we do need to think how truly blessed we are.
